| - Really homey food with great flavors. I don't think they're authentic at all, but who cares? It's delicious food, period.
I love the radishes and gyoza in their bentos. It also comes with some sort of other side that I can't remember, but great variety in a box and all really good. The portions are generous. I can never finish a bowl if I get one. The "main" of the bentos are more manageable for some reason? So maybe it's a psychological thing for me, or smaller compartments in the bentos than would fit in a bowl. I don't know, never done a side by side.
I don't like the tanginess of tonkatsu and theirs had very bold flavors, for those who like that. I love the bulgolgi - very homey, great flavor, goes perfectly with rice. Anything pork here I've tried is really good. The chicken though... the pieces are small cubes, but they taste very dry when chewed, and I don't like the texture. Sushi was not very memorable, so neither amazing nor awful I suppose, but I rarely get that here.
