After having dinner around the area I was looking for a place that served egg waffles and bubble tea. I went to One Ten and was sad that their waffle machine was not in working order (hence one star short). I asked if they could make a passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly and the employee happily said he could definitely make it for me. You can adjust sugar and ice levels here. I opted for half sugar but it was still pretty sweet. This place is a bit pricey compared to other bubble tea spots for the amount you get compared to other places.
I noticed the decor of the cafe is simple, minimalist but also small. It looked kind of a tight space to have group hang outs here.
There is no parking available in front of the store. We were driving around late at night so I didn't see other parking options but I think there was a public parking garage around the corner to it. It's a bit more harder to just do a quick run in if you plan to do a to go order. My husband had to drive around in circles since we couldn't find parking- it just made the trip less pleasant and more difficult not having access to easier parking.
