  • Had the best experience at HTC Uptown today! My daughter has been asking to get her ears pierced for awhile. I would never take her to one of those mall places with the piercing "gun" so we called HTC and decided to come in today when they opened. Paperwork was straightforward and I loved how much they involved my daughter in the process. It was really important to me that this be her decision and they reinforced that every step of the way. Marilyn was our piercer, she was amazing. She was so sweet and kind with my daughter when she got nervous and she did a fantastic job letting her know what to expect and reassuring her along the way. My daughter got up smiling and was thrilled with her beautiful new earrings. After, she explained how to care for them and was great about answering questions. Thank you Marilyn and HTC Uptown!
