rev:text	Still seething after nine days! Visited this place because it was a familiar site from San Diego. Was in Ohio for first time with my three sons, visited Footbal and Rock n Roll Halls of Fame. We were made "felt out of place" by the greeting staff and waitress. T & A might get people in but good old fashion excellent customer service gets them returning. Experience was so bad I won't even go back to my local Tilted Kilt in San Diego. It is a privilege for an establishment to earn my business, not the other way around...
