rev:text	I went into Bell Ford the morning of 4/11/15 and was greeted by Eli M. in sales. Right off the bat it was a very kind and great experience. Eli listened to what I was looking for and then followed up with some questions to clarify and get a better understanding. He then found the truck and brought it around to the front so I could look at it. It was exactly everything I told him.....to a T. We talked about my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at Peoria Ford and how I already had financing all set up. He introduced me to his Sales Manager Joe....great guy and very kind. Let me tell you at this point.....I have bought alot of cars through my years....this was a fantastic experience thus far. Anyhow, back to the story, Eli and Joe were working on making this happen. I told them where i needed to be and payoff and such. After a little of friendly back and forth....we struck a deal for the truck. Eli and Joe then introduced me to Greg L. in finance.....(if you want to read me Peoria Ford horro story, go look for that one.....since fiance was the department that slit my throat at that point).....anyhow, Greg was vey friendly and upfront. There was no sly tricks or dishonest dealings here....it was straight forward. I was done in about 15 minutes since all else had been set up by me. Very easy transaction. Even when my wife came by a few hours later, after I had already left with the truck, they had her in and out in 5 minutes for signing her part of the docs. Eli had the truck ready and it was detailed and the fule tank was full. I could go on about how pleasant the expereince was. It seemed like everyone in Bell Ford said hello and had a smile. Keep in mind, I had gotten there just after 8 am and it was now like 1030 am and they were getting alot busier.......i see why. People have gotten word that you won't get hammered or shaken for everything while interogated to buy something or you can't leave....(reference to Peoria Fords Horrid Experience I had the day before). BELL FORD IS THE PLACE TO GO TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND INTEGRITY. I will definately refer people to go to Bell Ford. If you're in the market....go see them, I did and it was vey pleasant. Thanks Bell Ford.
