  • Urban Barn has moved from its former location down the street to the luxurious Roxboro House down the corner. Sitting kitty corner, it has tons of space and there seems to be a specific color theme here, whites, blacks, browns and greys, with flecks of color from ultra end leather sofa get ups to the tiniest of bathroom details. This is for the buyer who would like to upgrade from IKEA but doesn't have the cash yet to buy those designer items. Expect prices between 10 to 2000 dollars and according to UB they cannot pay you to shop but will return $50 every time you spend $500 in their store. Hmmm is that an incentive? Would I buy from Urban Barn, probably yes, certain items are appealing and would be a nice added detail to the home, staff seems friendly and this location holds tons of goodies. But nothing has yet to jump out at me, solely because in the back of the head I know I can get an item slightly similar to that at IKEA for a lot less. Unlike IKEA however, UB will deliver items to your door and are very amenable to set it up for you.
