  • Let me start with saying that I love chipotle. When champaign opened this location off campus, I was so hopeful. We have been here probably 15-20 times since opening. We keep coming back hopeful that the service is just a reflection of the newness. It's now been here over a year, and they still haven't figured it out. I get charged different prices for the same food every time I am there. The staff is sloppy and sometimes rude. The food is never the same quality I expect of the brand. This place needs a kick in the butt. Get it together.
