  • I had been used this clinic for more than 2 years and I would never use or any other Absolute Dental office again. And here is the story. From time to time when you book an appointment for just teeth cleaning, they would also let you do a dental exam for the same time. For my health insurance I can only do one dental exam each year. Once they did two dental exams within 11 months and I had to take some money out from my pocket for the 2nd exam. So, for the 3rd time when they put dental exam on my new teeth cleaning appointment, I insisted to say 'NO' and they agreed. On the day of the appointment, they called me to reminder me for the appointment, and I confirmed with them that there would be no dental exam. Although they highly suggested me do that, we agreed that I could do teeth cleaning only. However, when I arrived there, they said I had to do a dental exam otherwise they wouldn't allow me to do teeth cleaning. Again, I would never visit any Absolute Dental office. Worst frontdesk support error. I prefer to give them a rate 0 out of 5, instead of 1 out of 5.
