  • Very friendly and flexible landlord. My wife and I have lived in two different Wiley properties, and they have always immediately addressed any and all of our concerns. Their entire staff is also really accommodating of having a (friendly) dog loose in the apartment if there's a repair visit or showing--much more accommodating than I ever expected. They have the personal touch of a landlord that only owns one or two properties, but the resources of a professional property management company. If you take care of their investment, they'll take care of you!
