  • I stayed at this Radisson during game 4 NBA Finals and valeted my car and my Louis Vuitton sunglasses were stolen out of my car. I have called over a dozen times between the hotel and the valet service and I have not received a return phone call back. I filled out a claim form and faxed it over and every time i called back they give me another number to call with a voice mail that never returns my call. Terrible customer service wouldn't recommend it ever!! Employees steal your personal belongings and you get no response back from the hotel or anyone for that matter!! Ryan
