  • Horrible. I dont really like to leave bad reviews, but I am just doing this so if someone reads it, they don't waste their time like I did. I got contacted from the agency through Monster regarding my resume. The job seemed great, it said on the description "FULL TIME, permanent", the description was written through Ranstad not the actual employer. I discussed everything with the rep over the phone, and then when I went in for a very informal interview. He asked me the same questions again... I kinda felt like it was disorganized. I got called back for a second interview with the actual company, and the very first thing she said was "you know this is a part-time temporary, 3 month job right?" No.. I didnt! I am not trying to leave my full time job for that. She even said to me "wow, they really dont tell the recruits that come in here anything." It was just very frustrating because I left my job twice in one week, to drive 25 miles each way just to have that. I dont know if they are keeping information just so they can make money from companies or they are just too lazy to read what the company is asking for. I even emailed the supervisor at Ranstand and his response was "I am sorry you didnt understand, so are you not looking for a job?".. I couldnt even respond back to them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
