  • I had leased a total of 3 cars in the last 7 years here. They were great until this last lease. Must be under new management or something. They caused an error with the paperwork and after a year and half the car is still not registered. They placed a California Address in ERROR on the paper work. Said we have to drive down the California to register!!! At that point I could scream. We called the DMV in California multiple times to confirm we had proper instructions. Kia said the cars paperwork was there. Turns out it wasn't. James in finance doesn't return calls. The receptionist doesn't know how to take direction and hangs up and doesnt seem to know how to work their phone system! Buyer beware as once they get paid you no longer matter. Cannot wait until my lease is up and jump ship!
