  • I bring my cat here for grooming and purchase her food from this location. I do not use the vet services, so this review is for grooming and customer service. Kay the Groomer is AMAZING. She is one of the only people in Toronto that I've found to groom a cat without sedating it in any way. My cat is generally kind of mean and not the type to just lay back and let someone wash and shave her. The whole drive there she's flipping out in the car but the MINUTE she sees Kay she's a totally different animal. They keep great hours. I get to drop her off any time between 8-9am and pick her up after work. When I get her back she is always in good spirits and Kay always does a great job with her. If it is cold outside, she'll even give you the towel to take the cat home wrapped up (I always return the towels, as it is a nice gesture to lend them out). I've had Keke groomed, bathed and given a Lion's Cut (a full shave) and each time I am always impressed with her work. If Kay ever leaves, Keke and I are following her (if possible).
