  • I am CRUSHED , I know it wasnt a lot but I pre ordered 4 special donuts for my fiancĂ© all her favorite, all heart shaped to be picked up today on Valentine's Day. They said they remembered me ordering but there was ZERO waiting for me. I know it wasnt much, but that was my gift to her this year. No call , No explanation, I was in the car with her on the way to surprise her, I called to make sure and NOTHING. Then the said they would call the other store for an explanation and I would wait in the car, that was 30 minutes ago. They ruined my gift and day, and offered NO WAY to try and fix it and make it right. Couldnt be MORE displeased with the result and the caring for the customer and the day after the fact. Now I finally get a call from Nick and he said the other store said they never made my order because they ran out of supplies eventhough my order was placed SEVERAL days ago and should have been one of the first made. Also, no call , no warning they were just going to let me show up with my fiancĂ© to get a BIG FAT ZREO. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING DONUT MANIA !!!! not to mention we are in there several times a week, I guess that's how you treat your repeat customers
