Not a good experience. When you're told that the location closest to the airport isn't the one the shuttle goes to, and you have to take a $25 cab ride to get to the location closest to the airport, something is wrong. To top it off, they only had one car, and it was having a maintenance issue. So what do they do? No, they didn't send me back to the location with the cars, they gave me the one with the maintenance issue! Not to mention the car was filthy and has paint pen writing all over the wheel. That looks so professional when picking up colleagues and clients!
To top it off, they said they could take me back to airport when I returned, but that wasn't exactly true. When I got there they said they could take me to the other rental location (farther from the airport), then I could take the shuttle to airport, which would take close to an hour. At that point I would be running close to missing my flight. Thankfully I was able to Uber it to the airport for $5.
