  • I took my boyfriend in late night because he had been sick, chest cold, coughing, fever and the cough had caused an ear infection. The staff was polite and prompt and focused on emergency CARE, receiving something for the pain almost immediately along with a breathing treatment. He has fought ear infections his entire life and said there was never a time he was even offered anything for pain. Every time he had visited an ER before for earaches he was just handed a script for antibiotics and shuffled off. After the initial treatment relief came quickly. The nurses and staff are very patient and very attentive. Would definitely return if needed. I would also like to add there were a few challenging patients in the waiting room and in triage that were treated kindly as well, and with dignity and respect.
