Hmmm, where to begin? First, the good stuff I suppose. The IMAX screen is a good size, good sound, and adequate seating unless your stuck in the bottom rows.
Now for the bad stuff, indeed. The IMAX has a trashy concession crew. There were three workers on duty at the register I went to and they seemed upset after I greeted them with a "Hi" and a smile. I ordered a popcorn with light butter in the middle. The clerk promptly proceeded to DRENCH my popcorn and the bag sides in butter that is started leaking out of the bottom before I reached the straw counter. All the while, the bald headed male clerk proceeded to stare me down like he wanted to fight the whole time (I suppose me being a polite human being is cause for him to be offended). I threw the popcorn in the trash and moved on.
*I know some folks will say why didn't you ask for management? Well here is my perspective; the movie was starting in less than 5 minutes & the whole point of going to a theater is to watch the movie. What's the point of going to argue with the management if I miss ten minutes of the movie? I lose all the way around instead of just the snacks. Besides, if they'll intentionally mess up an order once, they'll do it again. Plus, the MANAGEMENT is who vets and hires there staff so it's a reflection on there persona.
