I like a lot of things about Old Navy. I loved their original yoga pants, until they changed the style. It was fabulous to be able to buy a pair of pants that didn't need to be shortened. But all good things must end, and they're not the same now, when they have them at all.
Some shirts and blouses were hanging on the forward-facing wall rack, and were displayed in such a wrinkled state that I can't imagine what management was thinking. Or if they were thinking. Or looking.
This time, many of the items seemed more shoddily made than usual. But I did manage to find a good quality dressier sweatshirt (an oxymoron, I know) that didn't look like it was on sale, but turned out to be 30% off. That's how a visit to Old Navy usually ends. There are some good values to be had, but you need the fortitude to separate the wheat from the chaff.
