  • If you are in need of rental property management services, DO NOT consider this company! They are amazingly incompetent! We made many attempts to get maintenance/repair job completed by calling numerous times, emailing numerous times and texting the agent we signed with, and two different individuals who were in charge of maintenance department. Repairs never happened! We requested to receive receipts for other repairs they did and never received them. Follow through is not a strength and they don't seem to understand the concept of customer service. I would strongly recommend having NOTHING to do with this company or you would most likely deeply regret it as we do...they are good at taking their monthly fee and any other fee they can come up with.
