  • I have to agree with others, both their technicians and customer service are terrible. Misdiagnosed my appliance, no change in it's performance, but charged us anyway. Said they didn't design the machine. Said that although the products I use the in the machine were top rated, they were really no good. The fact that the problem happened suddenly didn't seam to make a difference. Ultimately I bought in another repair service and it was fixed in one session.
