I love the Pho at this place, get it every time I go to Vegas. Such a strange place to get good, authentic Pho (in a coffee shop filled with people eating burgers), but it never disappoints. Over the years I have probably been to this place 10 times, including TWICE this past week. The pho is tasty, (I like the Pho Ga and the Pho Thai) The broth is authentic and deep with flavors. The noodles are well prepared and match well with the broth. They bring a plate with other toppings to add, and unlike many Pho places they include a healthy pile of sliced jalapenos that along with the lime really bring the dish together.
The staff is nice, they do a good job. I generally go there late afternoon and there is never a wait. Very good, inexpensive Vegas strip meal that I never miss when I am out that way.
