I lost a credit card, and I will admit responsibility for my losing of it, but should it really take me 3+ days and 5+ hours of me being on the phone to get it back?
Keep in mind, it's holiday season and I need the credit card to buy a plane ticket home. I guess you would understand that if you didn't send me to some goddamn call center in Thailand, where they can't understand a fucking word I say and talk over me when I'm trying to give them information as they are reading from a script! Then it's hold and wait while I transfer you, first to a credit card claim, then to the California banks, then it's an emergency, and then I have to go to Visa, and then back to you because you can't approve my fucking claim for some reason.
I absolutely, absolutely loved calling you guys back only to find out your call center will be down for 4 hours. Fabulous! I just got off a 14 hour shift, called you back, and you won't be up until 10:30 and I'm supposed to call you?! But it's okay, because as long as I call before 2 pm EST tomorrow, we should be good. Yeah...I don't have a fucking job and I can just take my sweet time to spend another hour plus with you.
