  • This store doesn't even try in customer service. I went in with one item which was a Matt and Nat bag and it had a couple scuff marks and I was told to come back and they would review it again after I wiped it off. Couldn't they wipe it instead of me going all the way home and back again? I just donated it. Many other times coming in they have been super rude.
