  • What's not to love here! You come in the front doors and get welcomed by the lovely and sweet Charlene! She's happy to help get you directed to where you're looking for or get someone for you without having to take another step. Nicest person I think you will find anywhere as the front line and face of a dealership. She reminds me of the kind spoken Aunt/God Mother that everyone loves! Head to service and the auto garage door opens right up so you can pull right in out of the elements and walk straight into the service box with the service writers. In the service box you'll find Mike Di Sante the best service writer in the business. He welcomes everyone like you've been friends forever! Makes you feel among good company and he really brings that red carpet experience to life. He provides a level of customer service and guest relations that is next to none! Even when I was there waiting on the oil change my salesman made it a point to come over and say hello and and see how I was doing and check in on me! I have to say Mr. Nick Bovo is by far the best salesman I've ever met in the fact that he also bring the Red Carpet Experience to life while being down to earth, caring, and understanding! He takes time to hear the customers needs and help get them into a vehicle that truly works for them. He's not pushy and doesn't use any high pressure sales tactics in anyway. I would definitely recommend Watson Chevrolet to everyone!
