  • I bought a pair of shoes here for a Christmas present. One week later I came back to exchange them for a smaller size. They had the original tags and price tags from her shop on the box and had never been wore. I asked her if I could please exchange the shoes for one size smaller... She treated me as if I were trying to rip her off and I finally I was able to convince her that the shoes were bought from her store by showing her the stores tags and labels on the box. When I went to go get the correct size they were out. so then I chose a different pair that was more expensive and I decided I would pay an extra five bucks and get out of there. When I got to the counter I told her I owed her five dollars more because of the price difference and then handed her my card. She then yelled at me and told me she wouldn't take my card and she would only take cash. I then told her I didn't have any cash and that if she didn't want to take my card then she could give me a full refund. She refused. I ended up having to go out to my car and rummage through it till I found a five dollar bill. I took the new pair and walked out as she was yelling at me in broken English. I will not be back and I highly recommend you not shop here. I'm amazed this rude woman is still in business.
