If you are on State street you should not be considering Za's as a dining option. The food here has a very fast food quality to it, the pizzas taste like something you would cook in your own oven after taking them out of a cardboard box. The pastas are particularly boring and the ingredients are of lower quality and freshness than you would expect. If you want to get something good on State Street there are plenty of other options, Buraka, Wasabi, Kabul. If you want Italian food go to Gino's, it's not the best place ever but it's leagues ahead of Za's. And if you want something cheap and fast I'd say go to Noodle's which is further up State St. and much better, or grab a sub at Jimmy John's. I thought it might have been just the day I went but it's not, I've been to Za's a handful of times and it's never good, mediocre seems to be the best they can do.
