  • Usually when I go in the employees are relatively nice, but not this time. My boyfriend and I went in around 8pm and no one acknowledged us. When we did finally order the older woman with long hair was very short and seemed to truly hate her job. She kept locking the doors even though there were customers inside and an hour until close. She did not even bother to unlock the doors when customers would leave. Also my acai bowl had huge chunks in it, like it wasn't blended very well. I really love Jamba Juice and was very disappointed in the older woman's customer service.
