  • I've always been a fan of Best Buy from the time that they opened. I even went to St Paul MN to go the very 1st store they opened. They have always been awesome with information and customer service. This store has ample parking and was very clean inside. We were 1st greeted by Denis who handed us to Xavier, Xavier was GREAT with a awesome attitude (would give him 10 stars) but the reason for the 4 stars is the PC manager Maria was blunt and assertive on not matching a price from Apple (educator discount). I informed her that we were elite members and spend $$$ every year there and we would not be coming back. This did not matter to her at all, she was rude. We were headed out the doors when I asked Alex if there was someone else that we could speak to besides her and he said yes and got Dennis. Now again would give Alex 10 stars too. Dennis came to the rescue and returned us to customers for life and gave us the discount on any Apple laptop we picked out. Thank you Dennis (10 stars for you too). Wish I could legitimately give your store 5 stars but I can't due to Maria at first, she did change her tone at the end of the sale and we were happy about that.
