  • Horrible service, food quality steadily declining, long waits for food, just unbelievable poor experience. Me and my family have been coming to Terrace Cafe for years now, back when they use to server crafted coffees like Burnt Banana Latte and the food servings were full sizes and quality was outstanding. Sounds like a distant time based on the service and quality we saw today. We sit down and order our kids food immediately and drinks to try and get the kids eat. After 25 minutes we had to complain to a manager to finally get our drinks, after 45 minutes we finally received our kids meals. We have officially hit the point that we will no longer come back to Terrace Cafe!
