  • I have been a patient of this facility for over 20 years. Last year, I had nothing but problems with the office: multiple billing issues, prescriptions not faxed to pharmacy as promised, request for medical records was lost, my scheduled appointment was cancelled after having waited in the office for over 1/2 hour, phone calls not returned, long wait times for appointments, difficulty scheduling appointments/use of their Portal and grumpy staff. I sent a letter summarizing the concerns and talked with the Office Mgr. Another billing issue arose and I sent a letter noting the required corrections. In the return mail, I received a letter from Dr. Gomez stating he was dismissing me as a patient. I couldn't believe, I was being dismissed after being a long-term patient. I called the office and was told by the Office Manager that Dr. Gomez was aware of the issues and it wasn't me, but he didn't have the time to address my on-going issues. I was shocked; however, luckily I have found an office/doctor who is EXCELLENT!
