I was a walk-in after purchasing a Groupon for a facial. The Groupon didn't mention that an appointment was needed and that's why I walked in. The receptionist didn't appear to be very knowledgeable of much going on within the shop(running around to multiple people trying to figure out what to do since I didn't have an appointment)which wasn't a great first impression. I wasn't able to be seen at that time so she booked me for an opening 2 hours later. I was fine with that because I had nothing planned for my day other than the facial. When I came back for my scheduled time the therapist wasn't ready for whatever reason and I waited another 20 minutes. The therapist was Mercedes and she was very friendly. The facial was just okay for me because I felt in order to get a better look at my skin tools such as a magnifier lamp should have been used in order to better cater to my face. She didn't ask if I were allergic to anything which was also disheartening. But overall, the staff was friendly but a couple of things could improve.
