  • Sheree is helpful and very sweet, although sometimes difficult to get a hold of. They are pretty responsive with issues left on their emergency line, but communication outside of Sheree is poor at best. Took 3 emails explaining that their website is down today where they were trying to pawn me off on an 800 number before a curt response from Barbara, the broker, came that was was even remotely helpful. I attempted to call their office 3 different times just to give them a courtesy heads up that their entire website was down, and all I got was that "everything looked fine on their end." As realtors, we've referred business to them for clients looking for a management company. Never again, Barbara was so rude and unhelpful and clients have informed us that their rates were not particularly competitive. Ridiculous and unacceptably poor customer service from their broker.
