  • I can confirm that all the reviews are true. I was forced to deal with this company because of my useless home warranty. By the way, do not buy a home warranty from First American. I have had other warranties, and this one was and is the worst. They send out companies like L & S to just rig a system and not actually fix anything. Anyway, our original call was the 15th of July. To this date our AC is still not fixed. 4 techs later, they still have not been able to send anyone qualified. I got the usual lies that other people got (we are sending our supervisor, etc) but got a kid who didn't have a flashlight or proper tools for the trade. One other tech didn't even have a thermometer to see if the air was coming out cold. They just act like they repaired something and race out the door before even checking if the problem was fixed, then you have to try to call to get them back to the house. Today we just decided to pay out of pocket to fix the problem. My advice is first, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE TO PAY. Second, do not buy a warranty from First American.
