I recently visited Roman Times when on vacation in Las Vegas. As I entered the store there were 3 sales people, one sitting on a stool chatting & laughing with the other, the 3rd was on a cell phone in the back of the store. No one acknowledged me as I come in.
I was looking at a watch waiting for help. After a few minutes I asked if I could see one. They began to discuss who was going to help me. When one of them finally came over. I pointed out the watch I was interested in seeing and asked the price. I was told how much and that was it. I asked if that was the best price and the response was "are you going to buy it now?" At that point I thanked him for his time and left the store.
Roman Times needs to work on their professionalism and customer service.
