  • We brought my Jeep Wrangler for an oil change because We were heading to San Diego for the weekend my whole family, well when we were on our way, almost half way the engine light came on and then it said hot oil. We were surprised due to the fact that we just got the oil change, which that has never happened, we had to head back to Phoenix, and we called this place to let them know of the incident, since they were the last people to touch the car, they told us to come back to the shop after we got back, they "checked the jeep" and said the oil was fine, so maybe there is something else wrong with it, this was on Saturday we did not move the jeep not until Monday and we checked it before moving it, to find out that this people did not put the cap back on, it was sitting on the battery the whole time ... so all the dust and all the oil was just coming out or who knows what.... we went back to their shop to talk to them about it and ll they said was to come back for when the manager is back because he is only there 7 - 4, it was 3:30 when we went. What a shame ...
