  • HORRIBLE! After submitting an offer for a home and submitting all the paperwork to get the mortgage I was told everything looked fine. On due diligence date was called and told everything was fine. Two weeks later was told "there was a problem" and to make a long story short the deal fell through and I am out over $2,000.00 for earnest money and inspections. I would have NEVER continued on with the process if I had been told on due diligence day there was a glitch. This was a great way for the real estate broker and the mortgage broker and the inspection folks to enjoy my money. After talking to someone at their corporate office, I will leave her nameless for now, she was rude and very unprofessional. Stay away from these folks, very unethical and I was taken advantage of as I had not purchased a home for 15 years. I put my trust in these people and was completely screwed over.
