The good:
It's a good area, right across from the museum. The food was fine. It's roomy, and cool that there's extra seats upstairs.
The bad:
It says they open at 6AM, but didn't unlock the doors until 6:20AM. And then didn't get our food until 7AM because of slow service.
The bathroom was dirty, and both the hand sanitizers were empty. Also the window has a big crack in glass window
The music was way too loud, I could barley hear the cashier while ordering, and she could barley hear me even though we were 2 feet away from each-other.
The menu is very bad unless you have perfect vision. The menu on the wall behind the counter is in tiny font that I couldn't see at all. I asked for a printed menu, but the printed menu didn't have prices listed on it. So if you have bad eyes, you're just screwed.
Also they have a menu on their website, but they even messed that up. The website menu is super low resolution and so blurry it's unreadable. https://pghbagelfactory.com/menu
They asked what bread I wanted, and said that's fine. Then right after I paid they said they were out of that bread and had to substitute with different bread.
