  • I've been a member of Heartland Credit Union for about 34 years. Service with a smile has always been the case, and I'm never just a customer. I've used three different locations of the credit union, this one, the one at West Washington and the one on Williamson Street. I will say that I've only had one experience in those many years that wasn't up to snuff, and that's a teller who doesn't speak good enough English. If your money is in a bank, you're really missing out on the credit union MEMBERSHIP experience.
