rev:text	Not a terrible experience but not great either. We didn't have to wait very long for our trip to the hotel so that wasn't bad. The problem was our return to the airport we waited outside FOR ONE HOUR. I wish I was exaggerating. We were told to be outside by 8:40pm for our red eye when we called to reschedule our trip. "Really that early?" Yea there's other pick ups we were told. Fast forward to 9:55 when our shuttle showed up. We were about to call a cab because didn't know if the shuttle was actually coming. We called the dispatch for an update where our shuttle was when they were 30 mins late and they hung up on us! Our driver was really nice and very apologetic because he wasn't told to leave to pick us up till much later. He was confused as to why we're were told 8:40 over the phone, so bad communication on their part. Won't be using again.
