| - I intended to add OTF to my hiking and cycling routine once per week, but now that I have been going for a while, I want to do it all the time and am at least up to twice per week. It is really challenging, and works you out in all different ways. I am constantly looking at the board to try and push myself up a heart zone.
The coaches are all great, the music is great, and I love how it is never, ever the same. I love how you can sign up on the app, and not have to rush there hoping for a spot.
The front desk staff is great, and very spirited. They value their jobs and believe in what they do. They act like a family and it makes you feel like you are part of something. They even have a puppy mascot (which is super, duper awesome and in no way unsanitary...like one other person mentioned, party pooper.).
I am not someone who is big on fads, or weird diets or crazy supplement routines. I am a fan of eating balanced and doing things that are fun to keep your body healthy. This is perfect for me.
