  • If I could give this place a negative one star I would I can't believe that I'm sitting here in the lobby while these women at the front desk including the office manager Kim is out here in the open talking about my mom. Saying she's a bitch and that my dads chart says don't talk to her. They been hanging up the phone each time my mom calls and laughing about it. How IGNORRANT when my mom just wants to make sure my dads procedure is done safe cause he's a hemophiliac.
