  • I wanted to love this place, I truly did. I read the reviews on here and other sites and figured I'd give ol' Charlie a shot at being my go-to car guy. I had a grinding sound in my engine so I took my car there and I was greeted by one of the workers. The person wasn't overly friendly but I don't really seek out personality in my auto repair shop personnel. Flash forward two weeks and I still hasn't heard from them, and after numerous calls all I got from them was "still workin on it". I'm a patient guy so I wait, a total of 6 weeks, to get my car back. When I pick it up I finally meet Charlie, the owner. Charlie speaks to me in generalities and gives me an overall bill that was not itemized. Charlie tells me he'll get me an itemized bill in a week. Two weeks go by and nothing. Each time I call it's a different excuse. Honestly, I'd never go back here. You can tell the business is shady and dishonest. Beware!
