Bought an suv that seemed great. Drove on the freeway to come home and got the first error. The brakes shake like they're going to fail, the driver's seatbelt sticks and won't come out sometimes. I'm not sure how they're legally allowed to sell something with so many problems but I'm looking into it. There are several other problems that should've been included in their inspection. Their website claims they sell cars that are like new, that is blatantly false.
The smog they said was done was expired and cost us hours at the DMV. We found keys to another vehicle under the seat.
We're getting the runaround when we tried to address our issues. Of course the warranty we purchased doesn't cover anything.
I understand buying a car as is but these issues should've been taken care of before they put it up for sale. A reputable dealer with their own service department would've fixed these safety issues.
Beware!
