  • I have always loved Islands since I grew up in SoCal. This is the only one in Las Vegas and sometimes I wonder if it will survive. The past few times in here the service has not been very good. Yesterday at 3:30 my family and I went in and it took an hour to get our food. The place was empty. When we eventually got our food , it was good as it usually is. I was supposed to get more onion rings, but they never came. The manager was supposed to bring the onion rings. She also offered us a free dessert which we never got. In order for this place to survive, it needs new management. The place should be packed, but it is very easy to get a table at 6 pm on a weekend night. That's not a good sign. I hope it improves. My family really does enjoy their burgers and fries.
