  • I went to the buffalo and lake mead location two weeks ago. I said I had a free 7 day trial pass, the guy( didn't give me his name or introduce himself) said it's no good. So the lady that also was working the counter(again, no name), nonchalantly gave my I.d. back to me in a disrespectful manner. So I took the I.d. from her. The guy said he didn't like the way I took my I.d. back, and told me to leave. So as he was escorting me out, he was mumbling he'd kick my ass if I saw him again. All I wanted to do was join a gym! That's it. Assholes!!!! Plain and Simple.
