  • I have studied under some of the best yogis in India so I am desperately trying to find real and authentic yoga in Arizona which I found to be a challenge. I know that Arizona has a reputation in the yoga community but I never realized how bad it really was until I moved here! I wouldn't exactly call what they teach here as yoga but it was an okay workout/new-agey vibe if that is what you are looking for. I'm not into the new agey stuff (again, that is NOT what Yoga is) which this studio seems to be HUGE on. If that is your thing then I'm sure you'll love it here. Just not for me. It got to the point that you don't know if you want to laugh, cry or feel sorry for those that think this is real yoga. #onlyinAZ
