  • For service, I give it 5 stars but overall 4 stars only because we had to set up a detailing appointment way, way in advance (say 4 weeks and not even on a weekend)! The results are fabulous! My car hasn't looked this good in eons (probably close to the time I bought it). Even when I do try to clean it, it's just too impossible (or I'm too impatient) to get the French fries and yuck stuck under and in-between the seats and, especially, in the seat tracks. My car is shiny inside and out now and so worth the price for a once in a long while car pampering session given I used a Groupon coupon.
