Single most disorganized location I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. We are new to the area and visited twice-never to return. The first time was to get something notarized. We waited for 20 minutes only to be told that the notary had locked his keys in his desk and could not help us. We went across the street to a credit union that we don't even belong to and they were much more courteous and helpful. In and out in 5 minutes. We decided to give this Branch one more try on a different day when we needed to make a deposit and make a wire transfer. After stepping over rotten and stinky trash (food) outside the door to get in, we were once again informed they could not help us as there was nobody around to approve the wire transfer. No apologies, just informing us that they were not actually able to help us with anything beyond routine tasks like making a deposit or withdrawing money. It appears that no one from Chase is reading these reviews, or at the very least concerned with them as there are many bad experiences written here. So I'm writing this for my fellow customers: please don't waste your precious time visiting here. Just keep moving to a different location. You're welcome
