  • I love this place. This is where we take family and friends who are visiting Calgary. The decor is very interesting: giant back chairs, wood and metal theme. It's dark so it always feels like it's night inside. The vibe is cool. The salad bar is fresh and has great quality options. I always get the half of roasted chicken and it is the best I've ever had. My husband always gets the Alberta raised prime rib -what Smugglers is known for. He loves it. The mud pie dessert is to die for and I'm not even a coffee lover. Service is always courteous, prompt and professional. We always take the earliest reservation of the evening and get out before it starts to get busy - it always does!
