  • I come here frequently to drop my laundry off and have them do it. I do it once or twice every other week. They aren't the friendliest owners, however the other people working there are always kind and courteous. I had them wash a quilt of mine and they never mentioned any damage when I picked it up. It was folded nicely and I put it away when I went home. Today I went to use it and noticed the rip in the seem. I had other laundry needing to be washed so I brought the blanket with me to see if they could repair it and drop off the rest of things I needed washed. The male owner listened didn't say a word and walked away then the wife comes and I explain everything again. She then tells me she won't fix it because I didn't bring it right away. Mind you, if it's not a blanket I use daily how would I have seen the rip and with the frequency I come here and have them do ALL my laundry from rugs to blankets to clothing she should have at least taken the opportunity to fix the small issue. I understand mistakes happen and I would have easily continued coming here even after she ruined a blanket (and a bra the last time I came, which I didn't even mention at this time to her) if they had only repaired the rip. It's not rocket science to have decent customer service. I will never come back to this place. First it's this, then a bra, and who knows what else they will ruin and decide it's not there responsibility to fix.
